Director of Financial Aid Job Opening

Job Description: The Director of Financial Aid is responsible for the administration of all institutional, state, and federal financial aid, for ensuring compliance with all relevant program guidelines, and efficient distribution of funds to students.

Reports to: The President
Location: Trinity College of Florida | Trinity, Florida

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Title IV Financial Aid, preferably with demonstrated progressively higher levels of responsibility.
3. Experience with PowerFAIDS processing software highly preferred.
4. Experience working with federal and state VA benefits highly preferred.
5. Demonstrated leadership skills, organization and supervisory experience, and problem-solving skills.
6. Must have good interpersonal and communication skills, willing to listen and respond carefully to internal and external clients.
7. Emphasis on teamwork, energetic, goal-oriented preferred.
