YOUR NEXT STEPS
Once accepted for admission, you will begin the enrollment process to officially become a TCF student. The following steps are needed to complete your enrollment. Please contact the Matriculation Office with any questions regarding your enrollment.
Step 1: Complete Financial Aid
- Submit the FAFSA (TCF school code 030282)
- Review award letter, once received (by email)
- Login to Financial Aid Portal to accept awards and complete loan documents
- If utilizing VA or military benefits, please submit the necessary documents (DD-214, COE, etc)
Step 2: Academic Forms
- Declaration of Major Form – Completing this form will ensure you take the correct courses to put you on the right path for your degree. If you are unsure of your major choice, just let the Office of Matriculation know and we will place you in general education courses. (If you are auditing courses or taking dual enrollment courses without pursuing a degree, you do not need to complete this form.)
- Bible Theology Test – All students take this test at the beginning of their time at Trinity and again upon graduation to help the college see how well we are training and equipping students in Bible and theology. This is a 42-question test. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please do not use any resources to answer the questions. Doing well or poorly on this test will not affect your acceptance status to the college.
Step 3: Pay Deposit
- $50 Tuition Deposit (all students pay a non-refundable $50 tuition deposit)
- $150 Residency Deposit (resident students also pay a refundable $150 residency deposit which is a security deposit that is given back to the student at the end of their stay in the residence hall assuming there are no associated damages to their room)

Step 4: Send Final Transcripts and Scores
- Once completed, please request official, final transcripts from your high school and/or college to be sent to the Admissions Office. Final high school transcripts should show graduation information and all final grades. Official transcripts must come directly from the sending institution to Trinity College of Florida. Final transcripts can be sent via mail to 2430 Welbilt Blvd Trinity, FL 34638 or email to rachel.noble@trinitycollege.edu or sent through a transcript authentication service (Parchment, Clearinghouse, Scribble, etc).
- Please send any updated official ACT/SAT/CLT scores if you believe your scores are high enough to qualify for an academic scholarship.
- Please send official AP/CLEP test scores (if applicable).
- Please send IEP documentation (if applicable).
Step 5: Complete New Student Forms
- Health Insurance Form (required for all students taking on campus classes or athletes)
- Vehicle Registration Form (if you will have a car on campus)
- Resident Hall Questionnaire (resident students only)
- Medical Form (required for all full-time students taking on campus classes or athletes)
Step 6: Course Schedule and Purchase of Books
- Once all academic forms, transcripts, and the tuition deposit is submitted, you will receive your course schedule which you will be able to accept or modify.
- After accepting your course schedule, you will need to order your books. Books can be purchased from the source of your choosing (amazon.com half.com etc). Please purchase books at least 2 weeks before classes start. If living on campus, feel free to have your books shipped to the college. We will have them for you at the front desk when you arrive for New Student Orientation.
Step 7: Trinity College Email Account
- As a student, you will receive a TCF Gmail account. The IT department will send you an email which will help you set up your Trinity College Gmail account. For technical issues, please submit a ticket to helpdesk@trinitycollege.edu
Step 8: Student Portal Access
- Once you have your TCF Gmail account, you’ll get access to your student accounts, Oasis and Canvas. You will need to log in to Oasis to complete the following items:
- Sign Volunteer Release Form
- Sign Network Access Agreement
- Sign Title IV Form
- Upload photo
Step 9: Payment
- If you will be using financial aid, it must be in place before New Student Orientation weekend begins. If a remaining balance exists, contact the Bursar to make arrangements for payment options including a one-time payment for the semester or a monthly payment plan.
Step 10: New Student Orientation (NSO)
If you will be a Traditional student taking classes on campus, we offer New Student Orientation the weekend before classes begin. New Student Orientation will help you get acquainted with life on campus as a TCF student. It is meant to be informative and fun, so please make plans to attend.
The fall 2026 term will begin on Monday, August 17th. New Student Orientation weekend will be August 13th-16th. Resident students will be able to move in on Thursday, August 13th. New Student Orientation Day will be Friday, August 14th. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend NSO on Thursday and Friday. Lunch will be provided. Social activities for students will take place over the weekend before classes begin Monday, August 17th. All students taking classes on campus are required to attend New Student Orientation Day on Friday, August 14th, so please make plans to attend.
