What is the Presidential Scholarship?
The Presidential Scholarship is Trinity College of Florida’s most prestigious and selective award, granted to one outstanding student who exemplifies academic excellence, active commitment to the local church, and a clear sense of God’s calling on their life.
What does the Presidential Scholarship cover?
This exceptional scholarship provides the recipient with a four-year, tuition-free degree, allowing the student to pursue their education fully focused on preparation for God’s purpose without the burden of tuition costs.
What are the requirements for the Presidential Scholarship?
A select group of applicants who meet the eligibility criteria will be chosen as finalists and invited to participate in an interview with President Christopher Gates. From this finalist pool, one student will be awarded the Presidential Scholarship.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
- A cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Active membership in a Christian church and in good standing
- A demonstrated sense of God’s call on their life
When do I need to apply by to be considered for the Presidential Scholarship?
The Presidential Scholarship reflects Trinity College of Florida’s mission to prepare students intellectually, spiritually, and practically for lives of faithful service. Qualified students are encouraged to apply prayerfully and consider how Trinity College of Florida can partner with them in fulfilling God’s calling. Apply by February 13th.
