Coach Paul Busa is a proven baseball recruiter, coach, and professional talent evaluator with experience spanning high school, collegiate, summer collegiate, and
Major League Baseball. As a collegiate head coach, pitching coach, recruiting coordinator, and professional pitching and hitting instructor, he has successfully
recruited players from all over the US… and globally. Busa’s ability to identify and project talent is reinforced by his work as an Associate Scout with the Boston Red Sox and Houston Astros, using professional evaluation standards and advanced mechanical analysis.

In addition to coaching at multiple collegiate and elite summer programs — including serving as a head coach, team owner, league owner, and founder of a summer
collegiate league — Busa has overseen all aspects of recruiting, player development, and operations. Known for his relentless work ethic and detail-driven approach, he has logged thousands of hours analyzing pitching and hitting mechanics to maximize player performance and recruitability. As a former U.S. Air Force member, firefighter, and EMT, Busa brings discipline, leadership, and accountability to every program he builds and every player he develops.

Baseball is Coach’s second passion behind only his kids. Coach loves spending time with Michael, Christina, Matthew and Mason, whether it’s at the ballpark, art-related events, or just watching movies together, Coach cherishes every second with his kids.
