Scholarship Chapel 

On March 24, 2010 Trinity College of Florida awarded approximately $24,000 in scholarships to students for the 2010-2011 academic year.  The College’s scholarship committee selected candidates based on academic achievement, character, and leadership.  The students received their scholarships at a special service held at the Raymond H. Center, M.D. Library on the campus of Trinity College Florida. 

Stephen Jones was the 2010-2011 recipient of the Alumni Scholarship in honor of Professor Gary Williams.  Stephen is a senior studying counseling at the College.   

Annual Banquet

Supporters, friends, and alumni of Trinity College of Florida gathered on Friday, May 7, 2010 at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay in Tampa, Florida for the College’s annual fundraising banquet.  This year’s theme was:  Rising to the Challenge.  Richard A. Swenson, M.D. was the evening’s riveting keynote speaker. It was a special evening of connection, community, and celebration. 

J. D. Stake, (1967), received the 2010 Alumnus of the Year award.  He has served for over 40 years in outstanding Christian ministry.  Accompanying J. D. Stake was Dr. O.C. Clark (1962) who was the pastor that mentored J.D. and recommended he attend Trinity College. 

Alumni Picnic

The Alumni Association’s Friends & Family fall picnic was on October 9, 2010 at John B. Chesnut Park, 2200 East Lake Rd., Palm Harbor, FL 34685 (Shelter #9).  Thanks to all who made this event an enjoyable time!  Join the Alumni Association at future events and get connected!
