Dee Franks graduated with an AA from Hillsborough Community College in 2004. He finished a B.A. in Theology from Blessed Hope Bible College in 2006, a BS in Management from the University of South Florida in 2015 and a M.S. in Sports Management from Arkansas State University in 2020.
