Speakers Dr. Joe & Amanda Allotta

Amanda and Joe have been married 15 years. They have three children who are 11, 8, and 6-years old.

Amanda is a school counselor and high school principal at Dayspring Academy and leads the women’s ministry at Essential Church.  She has worked with teenagers and families her entire adult life whether at camps, youth group, school, or church.

Joe is the Chair of the Ministry Department at Trinity College of Florida and the Lead Pastor at Essential Church.  Seeing the number of couples he was counseling decided to focus on Pastoral Counseling while working on his Doctor of Ministry degree.

Together Joe and Amanda counsel couples, speak at Marriage Conferences, and minister to people however they need.

Dr. Joe Allotta organized this conference because he sees the strain that that school, work, and family can place on marriages.  He wants to help young couples build healthy habits, and more experienced couples to get the “tune-up” they need. He also wanted to make this conference affordable enough for everyone to go.
