"An Evening at New York, Philly, Princeton and Yale"

Tuesday, April 25th Starting at 5:30pm

"When God Walked on Campus" is our 2017 C.S. Lewis Honors Study Tour, taking us to Yale University, Princeton University, and historic sites of New York City and Philadelphia.  This one-week study tour, July 13 – 19, 2017, is followed by an optional "add-on" led by staff of the C.S. Lewis Society:  several days of ministry in the greater Philadelphia area, providing ministry to youth of that area.

A number of students of all ages who signed up for the study tour and also are doing outreach in Philadelphia and New Jersey are working hard on a fundraiser to provide a scholarship for trip costs through Trinity College.

You can help us by attending our April 25th Fundraiser  Dinner which features a Silent-Auction and an unforgettable "Campus Spectacular" Program to follow.  This "Evening in New York, Philly, Princeton and Yale" will feature Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, NYC-style pizza, tossed salad and dessert.   Tickets are only $10!  To purchase tickets securely online, or to make a donation to this cause, click here. Some have asked,  "What's the course about, and is it too late to register for the study tour?"  For the rest of April, it is not too late!   The course, focused on "Campus Revivals in the US from the Founding to  the 20th Century," is taught jointly by Dr. Eric Bargerhuff and Dr. Tom Woodward, professors at Trinity College, and will feature special guest lectures, including talks by Michael Gleason, the author of “When God Walked on Campus.”  The history, theology and apologetics aspects of these movements, will be studied, with a view to applying lessons to our lives today.

The tour is open to all ages 16 and above. Tour arrangements have been made through American Christian Tours.   Click here for tour details, including the steps necessary to sign up for the tour with ACT.

Keep in mind that the absolute deadline for registration and a deposit of $167 is May 1st.  (The entire trip cost needs to be paid by May 13th.)
